Our Payroll team, led by Caroline Codd, are experienced providers of outsourced solutions to start-ups, sole traders and SMEs across the country. We pride ourselves on building long-lasting relationships with our clients; our priority is giving you the personal and professional attention required, whatever stage you’re are at.

Caroline is our Payroll Manager. She has extensive experience in payroll processes, with over 20 years working in this area, and is an expert in all related matters. Caroline is a certified Payroll Technician with a diploma in Payroll Management. She is also a member of the Irish Payroll Association (IPASS) and recently attended the IPASS Annual Payroll Conference & Exhibition.
Alison O’Flynn
Alison joined the Payroll team in 2022. She started working in payroll over 20 years ago and, after a change in career path, realised payroll was her passion. After studying level 5 QQL Payroll and sitting an IPASS examination, she has been a great addition to the team, keeping clients up to date on changes in employment law and statutory obligations.
Nuriya Elbadawi
Nuriya joined us in early 2023 and has already impressed with her ability to get stuck in to her tasks. She has a background as a trainee accountant, having qualified with a Bachelor of Accounting, and recently completed a Sage Payroll Manual and Computerised Course.
Willian De Jesus Rocha
With a background as a finance analyst, and a bachelor’s in business administration with focus in finance, Willian joined the payroll team in March 2023. He is working to towards sitting the IPASS Examination and becoming a qualified Payroll administration and bookkeeper.
Jackie Walsh
Jackie Walsh, our practice manager, is a certified Change Management Practitioner. She supports and works with the team when the work load calls for extra hands.
